Customer Care Specialist​/Sales Support

All Season Solar & Roofing is seeking applicants for a Customer Care Specialist / Sales Support in our Galloway, NJ office. The role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers of our solar and roofing services. The goal is to support customers via phone, email, and text, and to help process all sales documents after the project is sold.

This dual‑role position is critical for ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will organize installation data, maintain effective communication with customers, and provide project updates.

• Make outbound calls for projects and manage inbound calls.
• Educate customers on the Enphase onboarding system after a solar project is installed.
• Follow up with a satisfaction survey (post‑install) for our solar and roofing projects.
• Become an expert in solar and the products/services we provide.
• Process all sales documents with our sales support team.
• Promote and educate customers about our solar and roofing referral program.
• Contact homeowners to understand our project pipeline.
• Manage voicemail daily and notify the appropriate department manager if necessary.
• Communicate with managers and resolve customer complaints with manners and patience.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
