Job Description

The Administrative Officer provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves managing daily office activities, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting staff across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office administrative operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation
  • Prepare letters, reports, and internal documents
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Assist with onboarding documentation for new employees
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Support HR and Finance with basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
