Alterra Management Limited is an Asset Manager incorporated in the ADGM, regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority that manages the Alterra Climate Vehicles.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, enabling senior executives to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. This role is essential in facilitating seamless communication, managing critical projects, and maintaining organizational excellence. The Executive Assistant contributes to ALTÉRRA's mission of mobilizing investment for a sustainable climate economy by ensuring that the executive team operates at peak performance, ultimately driving the fund's success and impact.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Management:
    Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Document Management:
    Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Event Planning:
    Coordinate and manage logistics for company events, conferences, and other activities.
  • Research and Analysis:
    Conduct research and provide insights on various topics as needed. Prepare briefing materials and summaries for senior executives.
  • Office Management:
    Oversee office operations and ensure a well-functioning work environment. Liaise with vendors and service providers as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in climate change and sustainable development is a plus.
