Position: Office Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director in all administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Sales Director’s day-to-day activities and managingcommunication between teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actas the primary point of contact for the General Director, managing hiscalendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports, collect KPIs from agents, and present key performance updates to top management.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team and all internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Representthe CEO at meetings, events, and business lunches with top developers and clients when required
  • Overseeemployee attendance and follow up with team members regarding performanceor accountability matters.
  • Ensuresmooth day-to-day administrative operations and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Negotiate effectively with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders when needed.
  • Take initiative in identifying operational improvements and assist the General Director in strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain aprofessional company image while fostering strong business relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’sdegree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate sectoror a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to assert authority when necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Abilityto work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools.
  • Fluent in English;other languages are a plus.
