Job Description- Receives visitors at the reception by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answers incoming calls and typically operates a multi-line telephone system.
- Organizes meeting room, taxi and chauffeur bookings.
- Completes security procedures (e.g., issues badges, ensures proper completion of visitors' log).
- May perform clerical tasks (e.g. mail distribution, word processing).
- And other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related area.
