Key Responsibilities
* Warmly greet and assist all visitors and clients, managing their inquiries professionally.
* Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
* Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
* Manage meeting room bookings and ensure smooth operations for scheduled events.
* Assist in maintaining office security by monitoring visitor access and adhering to protocols.## Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
