We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the initial impression of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

- Greet all visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
- Handle incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the correct department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to enhance visitor experience.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Provide accurate information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring visitor logbook entries.
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with facility management to address maintenance and repair issues.
- Support other administrative coworkers with diverse tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required for this position.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
