This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills who can support daily office operations, reporting, and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title:Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and organize reports and official documentation
- Follow up on tenders, proposals, and submissions
- Track employee attendance and performance records
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
- Support general administrative and office coordination tasks
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available for immediate joining
- Arabic nationality
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or above
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
