Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the company. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation and success by handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage and maintain records and databases.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive team.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and manage reimbursements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
  • Previous experience in the UAE is preferred.
