Delma Laboratory for Soil & Construction Materials Inspection LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage client inquiries, coordinate sample submissions, and support laboratory operations. This role is responsible for assisting clients with testing requests, scheduling sample pickups, and ensuring timely communication of test results. The position reports to the Client Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding soil testing, construction material analysis, and laboratory services
  • Provide information on available tests, sample requirements, pricing, and standard turnaround times
  • Assist clients with sample submission procedures including documentation, labeling, and delivery instructions
  • Schedule sample pickups and coordinate with field technicians for site visits as requested
  • Log client requests and sample information into the laboratory information management system
  • Track testing progress and provide status updates to clients as requested
  • Prepare and send quotations, service confirmations, test reports, and invoices to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sample submissions, and test results
  • Follow up with clients on pending documentation, payments, or additional sample requirements
  • Direct technical inquiries to laboratory supervisors or engineers when specialized knowledge is required
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report preparation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or office administration is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or client coordination, preferably in a laboratory, engineering, or construction services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
  • Basic understanding of construction materials or laboratory testing is helpful but not required
