Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist Document Controller to manage front desk operations and handle company documentation efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities- Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Document Controller Duties:
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of records
- Update and control document versions
- Coordinate with departments for document collection and submission
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
