Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of organizational documents, ensuring accurate filing, tracking, storage, and accessibility using document management systems.
- Maintain version control, quality, and compliance with company standards and legal regulations for both electronic and hard copies.
- Control document flow, including versioning, distribution, scanning, archiving, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with project teams and managers as needed.
- Proficiency with Document Management Systems (DMS) and MS Office (Word,Excel).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and attention to detail.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
