Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure optimal functionality and tenant comfort.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to achieve cost‑effective, high‑quality services.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement, proactively maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
- Coordinate space planning and office moves, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient use of space to support business growth and operational changes.
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement), demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or related fields are highly desirable, indicating specialized knowledge.
- Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred, indicating practical experience and industry understanding.
- A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a facilities support role is preferred.
