Business Centre Executive
Our client, a government entity, is urgently looking for a Business Center Executive who will be based in their own business center managing the reception and the scheduling of the meeting and conference rooms including looking after supplies of stationary, technical equipment and other materials that may be needed in the facility. You will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days in a week.
The operational working hours of the department will be from 8AM to 10PM. (There will be blocks in between).
To be considered, you must be a degree holder with minimum 3 years of administration experience with strong customer service skills. Ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a business center or in a receptionist role, experienced in supporting and dealing with VIP's and Senior Management. Excellent command of English is highly required coupled with good knowledge in using Microsoft office application.
