Role Purpose

To provide exceptional front desk and telephone support by managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, coordinating communication and maintaining a professional reception environment while supporting administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the telephone switchboard efficiently by connecting, transferring, holding and disconnecting calls.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate general information to callers and visitors.
  • Assist staff with external connections and respond to internal switchboard queries.
  • Perform clerical and administrative support tasks including data entry, photocopying, typing and filing.
  • Greet showroom visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
  • Provide directions, informational materials and assistance to customers and guests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution in a timely and organized manner.
  • Monitor telephone bills and ensure personal calls are charged appropriately.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the reception area including magazines, seating and d cor.
  • Support office operations through mail sorting, document duplication and other general office duties.
  • Communicate any operational concerns or customer issues to the Service Manager promptly.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Body Shop Manager.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
  • A Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of standard office applications and administrative systems.
