About the Role

We are seeking a motivated student based in Dubai to support our team with administrative, research, and customer service tasks. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience and professional development opportunities, ideal for individuals with 0‑2 years of experience eager to enhance their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Support basic research projects by gathering and summarizing data.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide high‑quality service.
  • Coordinate team meetings, manage schedules, and track action items.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and contribute ideas.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate program.
  • 0‑2 years of work or internship experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
