How you can make your mark
Make your mark as a travel and logistics coordinator at our Abu Dhabi branch office. Together with your colleagues, you will coordinate all travel arrangements via air, sea, or land. As a travel coordinator, you need to answer questions about travel policies and processes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all travel arrangements. Schedule flights, book hotels and car rentals, ferry and prepare itineraries.
- Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company’s travel budget.
- Work independently within the established procedures associated with the specific job function and report to supervisor.
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism, IATA or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Galileo GDS system.
- Minimum 5 years international travel agency experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate.
- Outstanding problem‑solving skills.
