Role Summary

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the site/project team in daily operations.
  • Handle letters, and maintain proper filing and records.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports for project management.
  • Coordinate site office requirements including stationery, office supplies, and basic facilities.
  • Support in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinate with head office, clients, and subcontractors for administrative follow‑ups.
  • Ensure proper filing, indexing, and archiving of project documents as per company procedures.
  • Assist QA/QC, HSE, and Engineering teams with administrative documentation support.
  • Perform data entry, update spreadsheets, and maintain project databases accurately.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company and project information.
  • Support site team in day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
What you will need to have
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Power BI.
  • Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced site environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in Autocad will be added as an advantage
