Position: Personal Assistant for 4 Directors

Speedy International Asset Services, part of Speedy Hire PLC in the UK, is looking for a new member of the team. With a highly impressive portfolio of Blue Chip Client Accounts, we are now seeking a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to work from our new purpose built offices in Abu Dhabi.

You will be providing executive support to the Directors, serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications with Speedy customers across the GCC.

Duties will include:
  • Proactive and efficient diary management for 4 busy Directors
  • Management of local and international travel in coordination with external Travel Service Providers, coupled with hotels, car hire and any other necessary logistics
  • Drafting necessary correspondence on behalf of the Board
  • Preparing presentation slides and reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint for both internal and external meetings
  • Preparation and distribution of all Board meeting minutes
  • Full management of the office, carrying out a broad range of ad‑hoc duties when required, including collation of Directors expenses, management of all stationary, coordinating meetings and dealing with any external providers when required

You will be a highly engaging and discreet Personal Assistant with a great track record working within strong brands. We are looking for someone who enjoys working within a relaxed yet professional environment, is results‑driven, and can be the face of the business in the Directors’ absence.

Requirements:
  • An impressive background within either a PA or Senior Secretarial role supporting C Suite Executives
  • Exceptional written and spoken English with intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience in drafting a range of commercial documents such as emails and general correspondence on behalf of the Board
  • Confident and emotionally mature
  • Forward‑thinking with a positive outlook
  • Industry experience within a similar sector highly desirable

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ONLY LOOKING AT CANDIDATES WHO CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE UAE AND WHO HAVE A STRONG PA BACKGROUND.

In return, we can offer a very attractive remuneration package up to 15000 AED together with a very supportive working environment.
