We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties, managing the daily operations of the executive office with discretion, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism.
Requirements- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, or a similar senior administrative role.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in French is a major benefit and will be given preference.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
