Responsibilities
The receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining the reception area.
Duties include scheduling appointments, managing the appointment book, ensuring efficient patient flow, handling patient inquiries, verifying insurance information, processing payments, and maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative.
- Medical or dental clinic experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
