Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression for our organization.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently and courteously.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and accurate record‑keeping.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or secretarial training is a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
