We are recruiting an experienced bilingual Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior management within a UAE-based industrial organisation.

The successful candidate will provide confidential executive support to General Management and coordinate with partners and department managers.

• Manage executive calendars and schedules.
• Coordinate with partners and office managers.
• Organise executive meetings.
• Manage business travel arrangements.
• Provide translation support.
• Prepare executive correspondence.
• Coordinate management communications.
• Manage confidential documentation.
• Follow up executive actions.
• Support senior-management meetings and appointments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.

• Proven Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
• French is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong executive diary-management experience.
• Strong travel-coordination experience.
• Excellent confidentiality and discretion.
• UAE experience preferred.
