Office Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the office, including administrative tasks, personnel management, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office management or administrative work. A strong command of the English language is essential. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the office and ensure it is running smoothly
- Supervise and coordinate office staff, delegating tasks as necessary
- Monitor attendance and performance of office staff
- Ensure that all paperwork is properly processed, filed, and organized
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with company standards
- Monitor budgeting activities to ensure expenses stay within budget guidelines
Salary: 1300 AED per month
