Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our busy office in Abu‐Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, manage incoming emails and telephone calls, maintain filing systems, coordinate meetings and events, and assist with other office tasks as needed. The Office Assistant must be able to work independently under minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries.

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, fax machines;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks;
• Highly organized with attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
