The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the office staff. Duties will include answering telephones, scheduling meetings, organizing files, ordering supplies, data entry, managing emails, scheduling appointments and providing general support when needed.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications: at least one-year experience in an office setting; the ability to stay organized while working on multiple tasks; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong customer service skills; and attention to detail.
