Administrator in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and reliable Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Our ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. The successful candidate should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is not required, however the ability to learn quickly is essential.
The Administrator will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing travel arrangements and maintaining office files. They will also assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required. They must also ensure that all customer inquiries are handled professionally and that all customer information is kept confidential.
This position offers a competitive salary of 900 per month. We are open to considering applicants who are willing to travel abroad with appropriate sponsorship if needed.
