Administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a dynamic Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, helping with daily operations and managing various tasks. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized and have strong problem solving skills. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will need to interact with clients, suppliers and other staff members.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in an administrative role, with knowledge of office procedures and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
The main duties of the role will include:
- coordinating meetings
- arranging travel plans
- organizing events
- managing mailings
- filing documents
- assisting with data entry and records management tasks
- handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- preparing reports
- liaising with third parties such as suppliers
- maintaining office supplies
- handling incoming calls and emails
- providing administrative support to the team
