Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of office management experience, preferably in a professional environment.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties and operations of the company. This includes managing staff schedules, coordinating meetings and events, overseeing office supply inventory, and managing office maintenance and repairs. The Office Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients and other external contacts.
The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles as well as experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization in Abu-Dhabi. The salary for this position is 1600 per month. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.
