We are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and other departments.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least three years of experience in an administrative role. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is also required for this position.

Your duties will include providing daily administrative support, preparing reports, maintaining records, tracking documents and preparing presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing events, managing travel arrangements, creating purchase orders and invoices, as well as monitoring budgets.

You must be able to work under pressure and multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
