Office ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have 2 years of experience in office management and be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. They must also be highly reliable and able to work independently, as well as within a team setting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the successful candidate will need to interact with all levels of staff, vendors, and customers.
The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- organizing office operations and procedures
- managing filing systems
- overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff
- providing administrative support
- maintaining office supplies
- coordinating events and activities
- ensuring that appropriate IT infrastructure is in place for smooth operations
- implementing health & safety policies
- managing projects and conducting research when necessary
This position offers a competitive salary package of AED 1100 per month and we are willing to consider applicants from immigration backgrounds who have the required experience.
