Library Assistant - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently hiring a Library Assistant for a full-time position in Abu Dhabi. This role requires no English proficiency and is open to candidates from Pakistan. As a Library Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the librarian in managing and organizing the library's collection and providing support to library patrons.

• Assist with cataloging, shelving, and organizing library materials according to established systems
• Provide excellent customer service to library patrons by answering questions, locating materials, and offering recommendations
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the library space
• Process new library materials and assist with inventory management
• Help promote library programs and events through social media platforms

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Experience working in a library or similar environment is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in using technology such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month.
