Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to management and staff in the company by handling office tasks, organizing files and providing general support to the team. You will be a key liaison for all internal activities, as well as coordinate external communication with clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, have strong problem-solving skills and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to speak Arabic is a plus but not required.
