We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes providing assistance with daily operations such as managing and organizing files, answering phones, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, ordering new supplies when needed, updating filing systems, greeting visitors, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements and other related tasks.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They must also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred but not required. We are open to considering applicants from outside the country who may not have prior experience in this role.

The salary for this position is 1700 per month.
