A fantastic opportunity is open for an Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great chance for a recent graduate or an experienced Librarian to join a well-established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the organization, filing, cataloging and retrieval of library documents. We are willing to consider an immigrant and can offer a competitive salary of 1700 for the successful candidate.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with the organization, filing, cataloging and retrieval of library documents.
- Assist patrons in locating, selecting and retrieving information.
- Ensure all library materials are promptly returned and reshelve returned items.
- Assist in reference services and research, providing bibliographic instruction.
- Organize and maintain library archives.
- Assist in designing and implementing collection strategies.
- Assist in marketing library services and materials.
