Library Assistant

Library Assistant in Abu Dhabi

• Assist the librarian in cataloging, shelving, and organizing library materials.
• Help patrons locate books and other resources.
• Answer inquiries from patrons regarding library services, policies, and procedures.
• Process new book acquisitions and maintain accurate records of library inventory.
• Conduct regular maintenance of the library's physical space to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with planning and hosting library events and programs.
• Provide basic computer assistance to patrons using library resources.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working in a library setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with visa sponsorship for non-African candidates.

This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Relocation assistance is not provided.
