Administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to the team, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Duties will include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, coordinating with external vendors, managing records and documents, responding to general inquiries, and providing other administrative support as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. They should also demonstrate an aptitude for multitasking and possess high attention to detail. The successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and any other software used by the organization.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month based on experience. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.
