Job Description:

• Implement student orientations, meetings, and other related functions.
• Implement recruitment activities in coordination with the Colleges and other units.
• Process applications for scholarship and fellowship programs.
• Ensure that student applications are correct and meet university regulations and policies, especially for the scholarship and fellowship programs.
• Document and tabulate information and statistics for reports and presentations as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing secure hard and soft filing systems, including a secure area for student records.
• Assist visitors and callers with information or directions
• Translate documents/emails from Arabic to English and vice versa
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate academic discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role is desirable.
• Experience in a student and administrative support role at a program, department or college level in a university is preferred.
• Experience in graduate education administration is desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in desktop applications
