Role Description The Tendering and Registration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing company registrations and pre-qualifications with clients, vendors, and government platforms, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date. The specialist will review tender announcements, prepare and submit tender documents, track deadlines, and maintain organized records of submissions and approvals.
Daily tasks include liaising with internal departments to gather technical and commercial information, updating registration databases, and responding to inquiries from clients and partners. The role also involves maintaining professional communication by phone and email, following up on pending registrations or tenders, and supporting continuous improvement of tendering and registration processes.

- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from government, semi-government, and private sector portals.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to ensure compliance.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, proposals, and supporting information within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain technical, commercial, and financial information required for tender submissions.
- Maintain a tender calendar and track submission deadlines, bid openings, and award notifications.
- Manage company registrations and renewals on government, client, vendor, and procurement portals.
- Handle vendor registrations, supplier prequalification processes, and client onboarding requirements.
- Ensure all company licenses, certificates, and registration documents are updated and readily available for tender submissions.
- Liaise with government authorities, clients, and procurement departments regarding registration and tender-related matters.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, registrations, contracts, and correspondence.
- Monitor the status of submitted bids and follow up with clients when required.
- Support contract preparation, document collection, and compliance requirements following tender awards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and procurement regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on tender activities, registration status, and business opportunities.
- Assist management in identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships through tendering platforms.
