We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant in Abu-Dhabi to join our team and provide support both in the office and remotely. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to work independently and manage their own workload with minimal supervision, demonstrate good initiative and communication skills.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks such as providing administrative support, organising meetings, dealing with correspondence, managing documents and databases. The role also includes conducting research, taking notes in meetings and writing reports when needed. Additional duties may include assisting with customer service queries or other related tasks as required by the team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience in database management systems. The successful applicant must also be able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision, demonstrate a professional attitude to tasks assigned and be able to work under pressure towards tight deadlines.
