Office Manager Indian Nationals

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi As an Indian national preferred you will have a strong understanding of the local culture and business practices This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ including accommodation

• Oversee and coordinate all office activities including managing schedules supplies and budgets
• Act as the point of contact between employees and management
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
• Ensure efficient operation of the office by implementing and maintaining procedures
• Create and maintain filing systems both physical and electronic
• Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities systems and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic language skills are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Power Point
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing needs
