Senior Manager

The role sits at Senior Manager Manager level and reports directly to a Department Director. It centers on executive coordination scheduling and prioritizing high-level meetings visits and calls managing incoming and outgoing requests preparing briefing material and ensuring leadership directives are communicated accurately to internal and external stakeholders.

• Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in executive coordination, documentation, minutes of meetings or closely related roles
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Relations, Communications or a related field
• Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Prior exposure to government, sovereign or executive-office environments is highly desirable
