Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team. Your main duties will include managing the office's filing system, organizing meetings and appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will also be required to assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and processing payments.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software is also required. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month and is open to candidates of all nationalities. Part-time options may be available for students or those seeking flexible working hours.
