Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an organized, diligent and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage a complex and busy office, as well as demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Duties may include providing administrative support, handling general correspondence, managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling meetings, filing documents and records, making travel arrangements and ensuring that supplies are stocked. The Office Manager must also be able to work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the company.
A successful Office Manager should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential; knowledge of accounting software is a plus. The ability to multi-task is necessary in order to effectively handle multiple tasks at once while still maintaining attention to detail. We are open to considering immigrants who meet the criteria mentioned above.
The salary is 1700 AED per month.
