The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers ensuring a welcoming and professional environment This role also includes administrative support duties such as managing office supplies procurement coordinating deliveries and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Front Desk amp CommunicationGreet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Administrative SupportSchedule meetings appointments and conference room bookings Assist with document preparation filing and data entry Support HR and other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Office Supplies amp ProcurementMonitor inventory levels of office supplies and stationery Source compare and purchase supplies from approved vendors Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses Suggest cost-effective alternatives and improvements
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor coordination.
