Our client, a prestigious organization in the arts and culture sector, is seeking a Business Development & Sponsorship Manager to drive strategic partnerships, sponsor ships, and business collaborations across a diverse portfolio of cultural and artistic initiatives. The role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and securing high-value sponsor ships, while ensuring the effective delivery of partner benefits and long-term relationship growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of comprehensive business development and sponsorship strategies.
  • Coordinate sponsor and partner activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all related initiatives.
  • Evaluate current sponsorship models, recommend improvements, and align with best market practices.
  • Research market trends to identify and target potential corporate sponsors.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to expand partnerships across multiple sectors.
  • Design tailored sponsorship proposals and partnership packages.
  • Match sponsor objectives with suitable projects, ensuring maximum value and visibility.
  • Manage sponsorship agreements and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners and sponsors.
  • Identify client needs, re-energize existing relationships, and maximize annual revenue growth.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and responsiveness at all times.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless sponsor activation and benefit delivery.
  • Oversee branding, hospitality, and PR commitments for all sponsors across programs and events.
  • Support event operations by ensuring sponsor visibility and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sponsor databases and prepare periodic performance and impact reports.
  • Track expenses and monitor the effectiveness of sponsorship initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational reporting, including post-event evaluations and sponsor debriefs.
