The role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and securing high-value sponsor ships, while ensuring the effective delivery of partner benefits and long-term relationship growth.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the creation and execution of comprehensive business development and sponsorship strategies.
- Coordinate sponsor and partner activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all related initiatives.
- Evaluate current sponsorship models, recommend improvements, and align with best market practices.
- Research market trends to identify and target potential corporate sponsors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand partnerships across multiple sectors.
- Design tailored sponsorship proposals and partnership packages.
- Match sponsor objectives with suitable projects, ensuring maximum value and visibility.
- Manage sponsorship agreements and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners and sponsors.
- Identify client needs, re-energize existing relationships, and maximize annual revenue growth.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and responsiveness at all times.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless sponsor activation and benefit delivery.
- Oversee branding, hospitality, and PR commitments for all sponsors across programs and events.
- Support event operations by ensuring sponsor visibility and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sponsor databases and prepare periodic performance and impact reports.
- Track expenses and monitor the effectiveness of sponsorship initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational reporting, including post-event evaluations and sponsor debriefs.
