** Role Purpose
** As a Revenue Strategy Lead you are a senior individual contributor responsible for
** driving predictable, governed, and scalable revenue performance across Apex’s global sales and CRM organizations**.Acting as the
** strategic operating partner to Sales Leadership, Country Heads, and CRM**, this role ensures commercial execution is aligned to global strategy while optimized for local market realities. The position blends
** revenue strategy, operating rigor, forecasting discipline, and performance governance**, functioning as the de-facto operating leader for the commercial engine—without direct P&L ownership.

This role works hands-on with Sales, CRM, and regional leadership to ensure
** revenue plans convert into execution, forecasts translate into outcomes, and data drives decisions**.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Revenue Strategy & Operating Rhythm
*** Partner with global and regional sales leadership to translate revenue strategy into
** territory-level execution plans
*** Drive consistent
** operating cadence
** across regions (weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, quarterly planning)
* Ensure alignment between global revenue priorities and
** local market execution
**** Forecasting, Predictability & Governance
*** Own revenue forecasting discipline in partnership with Sales and CRM
* Ensure
** forecast accuracy, transparency, and accountability
** across regions
* Implement and enforce governance standards for pipeline hygiene, deal progression, and stage discipline
** Sales Performance & Business Management
*** Act as senior commercial advisor to Country and Regional Heads
* Diagnose performance gaps and drive corrective actions across pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity
* Support strategic account prioritization and resource deployment decisions
** CRM & Commercial Execution Partnership
*** Work closely with CRM leadership to ensure systems, data, and processes support sales execution
