This role will serve as a strategic business partner to portfolio leaders, aligning group-level priorities with commercial, operational, and growth objectives within clusters. The purpose of the role encompasses the following main areas:

• Co-lead development of cluster-level strategies aligned to broader corporate vision and capital allocation priorities
• Identify and assess white space opportunities, adjacencies, and inorganic growth pathways (e.g., M&A, partnerships)
• Partner with portfolio teams to define and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps

• Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions between corporate and portfolio leadership
• Present strategic insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior executive committees and boards
• Conduct market scans, peer benchmarking, and strategic foresight to inform investment and portfolio decisions
• Monitor evolving trends and assess implications on existing clusters and future positioning

• Support execution of cross-portfolio initiatives including synergies, innovation, capability building, or sustainability
• Develop internal frameworks to evaluate and prioritize initiatives across multiple business units

• Contribute to strategy reviews, portfolio health assessments, and investment committee papers

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or corporate strategy roles in large, diversified groups, investment firms, or holding companies.
• Proven experience in portfolio/cluster strategy, market entry, growth strategy, or business model innovation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional collaboration.
• MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution is strongly preferred
