• Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
• Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
• Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.

• 5-7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.

• Hands‑on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.

• Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.

• Available to work onsite in the UAE for the full 4‑month duration.
• Available to start by the last week of February.
