Job Responsibilities- Transformation Programme Support
- Contribute to the Transformative Business Plan, covering application cutovers, process reallocation, and continuity planning.
- Prepare transition trackers and support development of KPI dashboards for management review.
- Business Case Development & Presentations
- Assist in preparing board and management briefing materials related to transformation milestones, Excel models, and performance dashboards.
- Translate analytical results into clear, data-backed insights for decision‑making.
- Collect data from workshops, market analysis, and internal meetings; develop business cases for Strategic Growth Plan opportunities (e.g., AI use cases, geographic expansion, new product launches, integration with new technological platforms).
